I absolutely LOVE Sylvia Chen, which is a strange thing to say about a gyno. While her staff is a bit bland, she is marvelous. She has the best bedside manner I've ever had from a doctor. She's delighted to answer your questions, super cheerful and really puts you at ease, and this isnt a once time occurrence - this is how she is every time I see her. She addressed all my concerns and was knowledgeable and reassuring. She really cares about the experience as a whole not leaving you confused and upset or awkward.
